The Role: As Product Designer, you will lead and define the end-to-end design function at Noah, shaping how businesses interact with the future of global payments. You will own and drive product experience across all customer touchpoints, combining deep UX expertise, world-class UI execution, and strong graphic design capability to create elegant, intuitive, and commercially effective products and content. This is a senior, high-impact role with responsibility for setting design standards, influencing product strategy and ensuring Noah delivers a best-in-class user experience globally. You will work closely with founders, Product, Engineering, and Growth teams, taking full ownership of design outcomes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the design vision, principles, and standards for all digital products and interfaces.
- Lead the full product design lifecycle from discovery, research, wireframes, prototyping, and testing through to final UI delivery.
- Translate complex stablecoin payments and fintech workflows into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
- Partner closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and product strategy.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across products.
- Establish UX research processes including customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops to drive better decision-making.
- Use data, behavioural insights, and experimentation to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and usability.
- Raise the visual quality of the Noah brand across product surfaces with exceptional UI craft, typography, layout, and interaction design.
- Apply strong graphic design skills across brand assets, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials where required.
- Mentor future designers and help build a high-performing internal design team over time.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally and ensure design is a strategic driver of company growth.
What We’re Looking For:
