About the Role and are eager to shape the growth engine of a scaling fintech. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building, managing, and scaling our sales function—working closely with the co-founders and supporting the team to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of the sales function: implement repeatable processes, tools, and playbooks for efficiency.
- Support with banking and partner onboardings to ensure smooth integrations and client success from time to time.
- Work directly with the Sales Lead to define sales strategy, targets, and priorities.
- Manage and mentor junior sales members, providing guidance and supporting their development.
- Implement processes to better track pipeline, performance, and reporting.
- Build deep client relationships, ensuring NOAH is positioned as a long-term trusted partner.
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities within existing and new markets.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- Proven experience in owning and closing enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Ability to design, implement, and optimise sales processes from scratch.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing upwards (to senior leadership) and downwards (mentoring junior team members).
- Comfort working in a startup environment: proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused.
- Bonus: exposure to payments, crypto infrastructure, or banking partnerships.
