The first time you called an uber, shazamed that song or paid for a coffee with your watch, while facetiming your mum. Well moving money, never got that “GPT Moment”, and the way money moves is still slow, expensive and complicated. Noah is the company fixing that. Instant settlement all around the world on the local systems people already use and trust.
Somebody, somewhere, designed every one of those first time moments. Somebody conceptualized the design and brand system that enabled these breakthroughs to seamlessly integrate into every life. Money is on the cusp of moving the way everything else already does, and we need someone to tell that to the world. The product works, and the category is being decided right now, and Noah is on pole position to win this race.
This is the only full-time in-house design hire in the Noah marketing team. Not a pair of hands on someone else's system, the person who builds it, runs it, and defends it. You'd sit with the Global Head of Marketing & Communications, work directly with the CEO and other leaders on brand and assets, holding the line on quality across everything the company puts in front of the market. Agencies have built the brand framework, brand identity and website; but you'll be replacing them. You'd be the person who takes what they hand over and turns it into a machine that runs every day, across more channels and touch points with higher quality and a more premium feel.
What you'd actually make:
- Website Re-Build: Co-owning delivery of the new noah.com alongside internal stakeholders, you’ll need to own everything that comes with a re-launch.
- Social Design System: Static and motion templates for socials to be built to carry nine audience segments. One visual DNA, swappable headline, proof and CTA.
- Motion Graphics: Short and long form motion graphics for thumb-stopping, feed-native moments. Motion is not a nice-to-have here; it is half the brief.
- Interactive Case Studies: Partner and customer stories designed as documents people actually finish.
- Brand Identity: The identity is strong, but young. You'd stretch it into places it has never been, hold every asset on-system, and decide what Noah looks like next.
- Product One-pagers: Interactive case studies for all of our products. The dynamic collateral sales sends after every call. Today they are inconsistent.
- Pitch Decks/Presentations: The corporate deck, fundraising material, conference keynotes and partner pitches. Layout under deadline, at a standard a CEO takes seriously.
- Video Editing: Turn piece-to-cameras and live action footage into clippable social content; it helps if you're comfortable behind the camera too!
- Sale Enablement: Sales and customer-success assets, event and conference presence, PR and announcement graphics, internal brand.
The interesting problem: Everyone in this category draws the same picture. Floating coins, a spinning globe with arcs over it. Mastercard and Circle all read safe, corporate and slightly interchangeable, and the companies around us keep getting bought by them. Noah is one of the few significant players in this market that isn't owned by a bank or a card network, but has the largest coverage and most potential. That independence is a licence to look leaner, faster and more confident than any of them. The real design problem: money flow is currently stuck; multi-day settlement, working capital trapped in transit, FX leaking at every hop. Nobody in this category has cracked that visually. You would get first go at it, with a brand that already has strong bones.
What’s the story behind our logo? Noah's visual system is built on cuneiform. It isn't decoration; it’s the oldest writing humans have found that isn't poetry or law, but it's accounting: wedge-shaped marks pressed into wet clay to record who owed whom how much grain and silver, five thousand years ago. That was the first payment record. We're building the current one. You'd be designing the way it looks.
You’ll do well here if:
- You are a mid-weight to senior designer with a diverse portfolio and ready to enter the start-up/scale-up ecosystem and stamp authority in the space.
- You build rather than art-direct.
- You are fast and finish things to a high quality.
- Multi-tasking is essential.
- You present strategic design thinking, and channel that through your work.
- You want to build the system rather than execute someone else's.
- You are proficient in AI tooling to optimize and maximise your throughput.
Be honest; this isn't for you if:
- You want a mature design team to learn from.
- You lean on the Product and UI design side of things.
- You need the full written and approved brief before you start.
- You’re not naturally ambitious, collaborative and competitive.
No degree required. We care what you've made and how fast you got good.
