As the person ultimately responsible for NOAH's presence in the United Kingdom, you will not be an executor β€” you will be the true operator and founding partner. Strategy, team building, distribution, and compliance will all be built and owned by you, across both NOAH's Ark Wealth Management and Olive Asset Management platforms.

What You Will Own

  • Regional Strategy & Business Development
    • Formulate the medium-to-long-term the United Kingdom market strategy, aligned with the Group's Ark (Wealth Management) and Olive (Asset Management) dual-platform positioning;
    • Design a differentiated business model tailored to local regulatory requirements and market dynamics β€” a strategy you will define, not inherit;
    • Establish a client segmentation and service framework for global asset allocation needs.
  • Product & Distribution Capabilities
    • Lead the identification, due diligence, and localisation of global investment products, connecting with world-class asset managers;
    • Build and expand a local distribution network β€” private banks, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and family office partners.
  • Business Expansion & Ecosystem Building
    • Cultivate a high-value client base among high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, building long-term, trust-based relationships;
    • Develop strategic alliances with local financial institutions, legal and tax advisory firms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Team Building & Organisational Leadership
    • Build the local team from scratch; design and implement talent development and incentive frameworks β€” a team you will personally select and develop;
    • Foster an organisational culture aligned with NOAH's core values of long-termism, client-centricity, and professional excellence.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure strict adherence to the requirements of the UK FCA and the Group's global risk management framework;
    • Maintain the highest compliance standards across all business activities, product distribution, and client service delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Candidates with living and/or working experience in the United Kingdom are preferred, with the ability to quickly integrate into and understand the local market;
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or related financial services.

Professional Experience

  • Deep understanding of and proven hands-on experience in the high-net-worth wealth management market in the United Kingdom;
  • Candidates with an established network of institutional or high-net-worth client relationships will be given strong preference.

Core Competencies

  • Strategic Vision: demonstrated ability to build a regional business from zero to one, with a panoramic view and strong commercial acumen;
  • Business Development: a proven track record in resource integration, market penetration, and senior-level negotiations;
  • Leadership & Organisation Building: experience building and managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment;
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Regulatory Awareness: solid familiarity with the United Kingdom's financial regulatory landscape; knowledge of UK FCA is a significant advantage.

Why Join NOAH?

  • Global Platform: backed by a dual-listed international group (NYSE & HKEX) spanning 9 countries and 30+ regions worldwide;
  • Pioneering Opportunity: play a defining role in opening one of the most strategically significant markets for NOAH's international expansion, with first-mover advantage;
  • Entrepreneurial Mandate: enjoy a high degree of autonomy in strategy-setting and team-building β€” a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up;
  • World-Class Ecosystem: access a curated network of top-tier global asset managers and institutional-grade investment research;
  • Long-Term Culture: a stable, growth-oriented environment with performance-linked compensation.
