NOAH is an integrated creative agency that's employee-owned. That means the business belongs to the people who work in it. We like it that way. It means we care a bit more, stay a bit longer and take greater pride in the work we do. It also means we share in the success we help create. We work across a genuinely varied portfolio of clients, from global market-leading brands to fast-moving consumer businesses. No two days are the same. No two briefs are either. We’re a team that rolls up its sleeves - from the top down, no job is too small. We usually say yes first and ask what the question was later, and you’ll always find a senior person in the thick of it alongside you.
The Role
We’re looking for a confident Senior Account Executive ready to make the step up, or an Account Manager who wants a role with real variety and genuine responsibility. Someone who gets energy from switching gears - different clients, different sectors, different kinds of thinking - and who’s as comfortable in a strategy session as they are sweating the details for the logistics of a high visibility event. You’ll be working across a portfolio of accounts that spans FMCG, insurance, automotive and beyond. The mix keeps things interesting. The clients are engaged. The work is varied. And the team you’ll be joining actually likes each other, which helps.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-day
- Managing client relationships across your account portfolio - building trust, staying ahead of briefs and keeping things moving
- Co‑ordinating campaigns and projects from brief to delivery, working across creative, strategy and production teams
- Contributing to social media activity - planning, responding to briefs and asset management across account
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events and activations, with hands‑on involvement when it counts
- Keeping the admin tight - POs, budgets, Basecamp, status reports - so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Being part of the team that delivers creative work you’ll genuinely be proud of.
What We’re Looking For
The Essentials:
- A confident SAE ready to step up, or an AM with solid agency experience under their belt
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to hold multiple accounts and deadlines without losing your cool
- Great communication, with clients, with colleagues, in a room and in writing
- Genuine curiosity. You want to understand the client’s business, not just deliver against the brief
- A team player who gets stuck in, no task is beneath you and you’re always willing to lend a hand
- An active AI practitioner, but not someone who outsourced their thinking. You need to know what’s going on and how it can supercharge your skills
- A passion for playing your part in the best possible creative work that delivers for the client
Nice To Have:
- Experience across more than one client or sector at the same time
- Hands‑on social media experience: scheduling, community management, reporting
- Events or activation experience
- Campaign experience, the more media types you’ve managed to touch, the better
- Familiarity with Basecamp or similar project management tools
Who You Are
You’re probably at the point in your career where you want more, more variety, more responsibility, more say in how work gets made. You’re not looking for a role where everything is handed down from above. You want to be in it, across it and actually contributing to it. You ask good questions. You care about doing things properly. And the idea of working across a global insurance brand one day and a fast‑moving FMCG account the next doesn’t faze you, it excites you. You’ll be someone people enjoy working with. Curious, proactive and naturally organised, you’ll take ownership, spot problems before they happen and always look for ways to make our clients, our work and our agency better. Most importantly, you’ll bring positive energy and enjoy being part of a close‑knit team.
What We Offer
- A varied, client‑facing role across genuinely interesting accounts and sectors
- Real responsibility from day one, you’ll be client‑facing quickly and trusted to get on with it
- The chance to be part of an Employee Owned Trust - a business that is genuinely yours, and comes with significant upsides
- Hybrid working - 4 days in the office, Fridays from home
- A team that invests in its people and wants to see you grow - with clear progression opportunities
- 25 days of holiday and we usually close over Christmas and New Year
