The Interim Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient running of Noa Girls. Working closely with the CEO, Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees, the postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership across HR, governance, compliance, IT, facilities management and organisational systems.
The postholder will be responsible for developing and implementing operational procedures that support the organisation’s growth and sustainability, ensuring that Noa Girls maintains the highest standards of governance, safety and service delivery. They will also work collaboratively across the organisation to support strategic projects and key fundraising initiatives.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused leader with experience operating at a senior level. You will be comfortable managing a broad operational portfolio, supporting organisational priorities and working collaboratively across teams. Experience of using technology, including AI, to improve organisational effectiveness would be an advantage.
Individuals appointed to the interim position will be welcome to apply for the substantive Director of Operations role when recruitment begins.

- Hours: Full or part-time hours will be considered, with a minimum of 3 days per week
