Noa Girls is seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Manager to join our specialist Eating Disorder service supporting adolescent and young adult women (ages 12-24) from the London Jewish Community. This pivotal role involves overseeing care coordination, supervising keyworkers, and managing a varied caseload. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions, assess risk, and ensure safe discharge planning. You’ll also liaise with families, external professionals, and community services to provide holistic, needs-led care.

This role would suit someone with experience as a Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Mental Health Nurse.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing personalised treatment plans
  • Supervising staff and supporting their professional development
  • Managing referrals and intake processes
  • Monitoring client progress and maintaining high-quality records
  • Supporting service development and quality improvement

Full or Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 FTE (dependent on qualification and experience)
