We are helping an innovative technology business scale their Software team in the UK. Their software powers some of the world's leading consumer brands across the banking, digital commerce and retail experience software space. Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Lead Software Developer to join their team.
This role would suit a Lead Software Developer who can work on critical projects and has a strong background in cloud and software best practices. You will be someone who can lead their adoption of AI across their development team. This role is Hybrid within the UK. The team works in the Northampton office three days per week.
To be successful, the ideal Lead Software Developer candidate will have:
