Role: Performance Marketing Manager – Soap & Glory and Liz Earle

Contract: Fixed‑Term/Secondment – 6 Months

As part of the No7 Beauty Company Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our E‑commerce business and key retail partnerships through innovative performance marketing strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead all aspects of performance marketing, including social, search, and affiliates.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing strategies based on data insights.
  • Oversee daily optimisation targeting key performance indicators to drive high‑quality traffic.
  • Support implementation and optimisation of tools and technology to harness 1P data and improve media ROI (e.g., DMP, pixels & tags, Live ramp, XCM, feed management, AI tools such as DCO).
  • Collaborate with performance marketing leads to maximise output and share best practices.
  • Manage performance budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Regularly monitor and report on channel performance to make data‑driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Partner with agency teams to develop effective strategies and ensure continuous growth, monitoring performance marketing measurements and attribution.
  • Manage a team of 1 to ensure personal and business objectives are met.

What you’ll need to have (our must‑haves):

  • Strong experience in digital acquisition and a solid understanding of e‑commerce and omni‑channel operations, driving DTC growth.
  • Background in SEM and ability to drive data‑driven analysis for campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience with technology platforms like SA360 and Adobe.
  • Effective partner management skills with strong influencing and communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a natural commercial acumen.
