As an Assistant Shopper Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll play a key role in making brands shine in retail spaces, supporting the delivery of both temporary activations and permanent merchandising. Working with a passionate team of creatives and marketers, you'll help create impactful moments that surprise and delight shoppers every day.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll support the planning, development, and execution of in-store marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
  • From adapting global brand concepts to local execution, to coordinating production and rollout, you'll help bring campaigns to life across all retail touchpoints.
  • You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with real commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the creative translation of brand guidelines into in-store displays and materials across UK&I, EMEA, and APAC markets.
  • Assist in adapting campaigns and initiatives for local execution across all in-store touchpoints.
  • Manage the development and rollout of 3D in-store materials and promotional kits.
  • Partner with agencies and suppliers to support creative production, artwork reviews, and approvals.
  • Work closely with Brand, Commercial, and Category teams to ensure activations are on-brand, insight-led, and commercially strong.
  • Support stakeholder communication and coordination to ensure projects are approved on time and delivered smoothly.
  • Help track budgets, timelines, and project progress to keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Stay up-to-date with retail trends, competitor activity, and design inspiration to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Some experience in Shopper Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation would be advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for creativity, design, and retail experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
