As a Customer Centre Advisor, you will be an empowered brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and expert skincare advice across all No7 Beauty Company brands, including Liz Earle. Your role is to deliver a world-class customer experience that surpasses expectations with every interaction. You will offer personalized, proactive support, leveraging your CIBTAC endorsement to provide expert advice on skincare and beauty routines that leave a lasting impact on our customers. Guided by the company's Vision and Mission, you will help champion the customer’s voice, ensuring every interaction is driven by our core values of expertise, efficiency, and brand equity. You will be committed to continuous improvement and personal development, striving to meet and exceed customer expectations while fostering customer loyalty and driving sales through service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Experience: As a key player in the Customer Experience pillar, you will take full accountability for each customer interaction, ensuring you provide personalized, proactive support and resolve concerns swiftly and empathetically.
- Expert Product & Skincare Advice: You will be responsible for delivering informed, confident advice that is tailored to each customer’s needs, ensuring they receive expert guidance rooted in our core values of brand equity and expertise.
- Sales Through Service: Embodying the Sales Through Service ethos, you will create loyal customer relationships by building trust and driving revenue through meaningful, personalized interactions.
- Brand & Company Representation: As a brand ambassador, you will uphold the Liz Earle Precious Recipe and No7 Beauty Company values.
- CIBTAC-Endorsed Training to Become a Skin Expert: As part of your ongoing professional development, you will undertake CIBTAC-endorsed training to become a Skin Expert.
- Training & Development Support: Support the continuous improvement of your team and colleagues by sharing your knowledge and contributing to internal training efforts.
- Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility: In line with our commitment to Efficiency, you will actively contribute to sustainability initiatives.
What you’ll need to have
- Proven experience in customer service, beneficial to have a strong understanding of the beauty or skincare industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex skincare concepts clearly and helpfully.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital communication tools.
- A deep passion for skincare and beauty, with the ability to educate and inspire customers.
