No5 Dining Lounge is seeking an experienced and hard‑working waiter / waitress to join our team. As a part‑time employee, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with menus and beverage options
- Take accurate orders from customers and input them into the point‑of‑sale system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that tables are properly set up and maintained throughout the shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell menu items and promote specials as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and prepared to guest specifications
- Handle payment transactions and process credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Flexible availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Must be authorized to work in the U.K.
