- Campaign creation & execution — build, test, and deploy email campaigns using ESPs such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Force24
- Copywriting & content — write subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and ensure brand consistency.
- Segmentation & list management — maintain clean lists, segment audiences, manage preferences, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Automation & lifecycle flows — create welcome journeys, nurture sequences, abandoned-cart flows, re-engagement campaigns.
