Email Marketing Specialist Campaign creation execution — build, test, and deploy email campaigns using ESPs such as Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Klaviyo, or Force24 Copywriting content — write subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and ensure brand consistency.
Segmentation list management — maintain clean lists, segment audiences, manage preferences, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Automation lifecycle flows — create welcome journeys, nurture sequences, abandoned-cart flows, re-engagement campaigns.
Email Marketing Specialist Deliverability management — monitor inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, sender reputation, and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
A/B testing optimisation — test subject lines, send times, creative, segmentation logic, and automation triggers.
Performance analysis — track opens, clicks, conversions, revenue attribution, and produce actionable insights.
