Social Media & Content Production Manager

Social Media & Content Production Manager

Full-Time On-site
NO UNIFORM

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media & Content Production Manager to lead content creation and social media for two distinctive luxury businesses.

Nicholas Oakwell Couture creates exceptional made-to-measure fashion for an international private clientele. NO Uniform designs bespoke uniforms for leading luxury hotels, restaurants and hospitality brands.

This role combines hands-on photography and video production with social media strategy, publishing and performance analysis. You will personally plan, shoot and edit content that captures the craftsmanship, detail and character of both businesses.

Professional camera experience is essential. You must confidently use DSLR or mirrorless cameras for photography and video, with a practical understanding of lighting, exposure, lenses, composition and sound recording.

Smartphone content will form part of the mix, particularly for spontaneous behind-the-scenes moments. However, applicants whose capture experience is exclusively smartphone-based will not meet the requirements of this role.

Applications must include a portfolio demonstrating photography and video you have personally captured using professional camera equipment.

What you will do

  • Develop separate social media strategies and content calendars for both brands.
  • Plan and deliver photography and video shoots, from initial concept and shot lists through to editing and final delivery.
  • Personally operate professional camera equipment, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Create polished photography, campaign assets, interviews, behind-the-scenes films and short-form social video.
  • Capture garment details, fabrics, movement and craftsmanship with accurate colour and careful attention to lighting.
  • Document fittings, collection development, events, hospitality projects and installations.
  • Edit photographs and video, including colour correction, sound and platform-specific formats.
  • Write captions and social copy that reflect each brand’s voice.
  • Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels, including scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
  • Support launches, collaborations, PR activity and international projects.
  • Coordinate external photographers, videographers and creative suppliers when additional support is required.
  • Track performance and use monthly reporting to improve reach, engagement, audience growth and enquiries.
  • Maintain an organised content archive and handle private clients and confidential projects with discretion.

Essential experience and skills

  • A strong track record in social media management and hands-on content production.
  • Proven experience personally shooting photography and video with DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
  • Confidence working with manual camera settings, lenses, lighting and audio.
  • Strong photography, video editing and colour correction skills.
  • Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
  • A portfolio showing both polished brand content and engaging short-form social video.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to adapt your tone between two brands.
  • A clear understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage two brands’ content schedules.
  • A thoughtful visual approach and an appreciation of craftsmanship, design and luxury brand positioning.
  • Experience in luxury fashion, hospitality, interiors or lifestyle is desirable. Experience with paid social, email marketing and website content is also welcome.

What we offer

  • Creative ownership across two British luxury businesses.
  • Access to couture craftsmanship and international hospitality projects.
  • A varied role covering studio production, events, location shoots and travel.
  • Salary of £50,000 per year.
  • 24 days' paid holiday.
  • An additional day off for your birthday.
  • Workplace pension.
  • Health insurance.

This is an office-based role. Regular access to our studio, team and projects is essential.
