The Opportunity... This person would be responsible for end-to-end Supply Planning for the UK market, ensuring optimal product availability and stock coverage across the warehouse network. The role aligns inbound supply with demand requirements, proactively manages stock risks, and supports all distribution channels across multiple brands. Acting as the main UK contact for supply topics, the Local Supply Planner works closely with cross-functional teams and liaises regularly with global planning stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply priorities, constraints, and stock policies while maintaining target service levels and balanced inventory.

  • Manage and execute DRP flows from Spain to the UK, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment
  • Review and optimize safety stock levels in line with business needs and seasonality
  • Oversee SKU phase-in and phase-out processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • Proactively monitor current and projected warehouse stock to support launches, promotions, and key items
  • Expedite low stock and out-of-stock items to secure rapid recovery
  • Optimize overall stock holding by initiating inter-channel reallocations where required (ECOM vs Retail)
  • Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory, proposing mitigation and reusability solutions
  • Act as the key liaison with Global teams, ensuring transparent communication between HQ and the UK market
  • Develop and share availability reporting, stock in trade across all channels, analyse KPIs with root cause analysis, and implement preventative actions
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and business support as required
  • Play an active role in S&OP meetings, highlighting availability risks, capacity constraints, material requirements, and obsolescence topics to leadership

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Planning or Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of planning tools such as SAP IBP and SAP APO
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Structured, organised approach with clear logical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
