There are 3 steps in the interview process:

  • A 5‑minute attention‑to‑details test, with video submission
  • Interview with the team

Responsibilities

  • Support the team on Design and Marketing
  • Edit images, video and text to create graphic assets
  • Create own content and come up with content ideas
  • Contribute creating a social media language for No Small Talk, in line with brand identity

Requirements

  • 100% fluency in English is a must
  • Video editing and a visual sense
  • Volunteer position, part‑time (10 hours a week– 2 days), working from Soho House London or WeWork, sometimes hybrid
  • 2‑6 months contract (flexible), unpaid
  • Based in London
