NR is seeking a skilled and adaptable Tech Lead to drive the planning, development, and implementation of new websites and technology systems while maintaining and optimising existing platforms. As a rapidly growing company, we require a candidate who can oversee all aspects of the development process. This broad role encompasses scoping technical solutions, website maintenance, email account management, freelancer coordination, and CRM development.

This is a “low-code” position, leveraging plug-and-play and automated systems to achieve objectives. For tasks requiring advanced technical expertise beyond your scope, you will have the resources to recruit and manage specialised freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all websites and systems are consistently updated, functional, and secure.
• Develop and deploy new websites and systems in alignment with business needs.
• Propose and execute improvements for all web and technology-related aspects of the business.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and workload management.
• Take full ownership of projects, from initial briefing to completion and rollout.
• Enhance and optimise the Marketing CRM (HighLevel) with advanced integrations and automations.
• Manage POS and payment platforms effectively.
• Work to unify or synchronise core systems using new technologies, APIs, or automation tools like Zapier.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Technical Solution Delivery: Ability to interpret business briefs and provide end-to-end technical solutions (scoping, planning, development, implementation).
• Website Development: Extensive experience with WordPress and Elementor, including a strong understanding of industry-standard plugins and integrations (e.g., Gravity Forms, WPForms, WooCommerce, Crocoblock).
• CRM & Marketing Automation: Proficient in CRM platforms, marketing automations, and integrations, particularly using Zapier.
• Web Development Skills: Basic proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating custom WordPress functions.
• SEO & CRO Best Practices: Knowledge of website optimization techniques for search engine visibility and conversion rate improvement.
• UI/UX Implementation: Familiarity with design principles and their application in user-centric solutions.
• Google Sheets Expertise: Advanced formula creation and integration with other tools.
• Hosting & Domain Management: Competence in managing website hosting, DNS configurations, server-side caching, staging environments, and SMTP setup.
• Payment Gateway Integration: Experience with Network Merchants Inc. (NMI) payment gateway integration.

Desirable Skills

• Experience managing Google Workspace accounts.
• Proficiency in integrating JSON APIs.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
• Advanced knowledge of HighLevel CRM.
