Established in 2008 in Cheltenham, No Regrets now has twelve studios with the clear vision to connect tattoo collectors with artists. Creating a unique collaboration through the journey from inspiration and design to tattoo; connection is at the centre of what we believe leads to great artwork on the skin. NR is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Senior Studio Manager for their Flagship Bristol location. The role will require the candidate to have excellent management and communication skills, with a strong interest in tattoos and art.
Job Role
- Effectively manage our largest studio, creating a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive and inspires team development.
- Oversee the client journey, exceeding expectations and delivering a high level of service that reflects the quality of our product.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, artists, designated contractors, and senior managers.
- Support the sales team as required by the business.
- Build excellent relationships and support artistβs growth and needs.
- Successfully manage operations, equipment, and facilities, understanding studio budgets and income targets.
- Create a friendly, clean and safe environment for all clients, staff and artists.

The person we are looking for is positive and proactive, adaptable to change and focused on creating an organised, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for someone who can elevate our service to all clients and artists, with a keen eye for detail. The Studio Manager must be enthusiastic and committed to the success of No Regrets Tattoo Studios. This will be a demanding role so you will need to be resilient and able to prioritise tasks. The ideal candidate will have management experience from one of the following backgrounds; Luxury Hospitality, Retail, Hair/Beauty Salon environment.

Shift: 8 hour shift, Tuesday-Saturday, Weekend availability
