As Business Development Advisor, you will play a role in shaping and executing NOL’s growth. You will help build strategic partnerships and develop revenue-generating initiatives, transforming our promising start-up into an impactful organization.

What are we looking for?
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement NOL’s business development strategy. Identify and prioritize new opportunities for growth (grants, donors, partners, earned income).
- Partnerships: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential partners and collaborators. Help forge strategic alliances that advance NOL’s programs and sustainability.
- Revenue & Innovation: Provide advice on earned income strategies or social enterprise models, if aligned with mission. Help assess and develop viable business models that integrate impact and income.
- Advisory & Mentorship: Act as a thought partner to the founding team on strategic decisions. Share insights and best practices from the non-profit and/or business sectors.
Experience & Qualities
- Proven experience in business development, fundraising, partnerships, or related fields
- Background in non-profit, social enterprise, CSR, or start-up environments preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain high-impact relationships
- Passion for social impact and alignment with NOL’s mission
