The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the daily operations of the restaurant, which offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner service. This role works closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth shift transitions, uphold high service standards, and maintain efficient team performance. Responsibilities- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner service.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism during all shifts.
- Supervise and participate in the set-up, execution, and breakdown of each meal service to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Address guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient food and beverage service.
- Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and support team training initiatives.
