Role Description
We are offering 25 - 35 hours work a week. If you live in the Abingdon / South Oxford area, are computer literate, and have transport, you can become an Inventory Clerk. This is a chance to learn a new profession and join No Letting Go. No Letting Go produces comprehensive Property Inventory Reports and Check-in / Check-out reports for Letting Agents and Landlords. As the leading national brand in the market, we're setting new standards within Inventory Management for the Lettings sector.
We are looking for someone who must have some knowledge of the residential lettings or property management industry. Full training will be given to successful applicants. The responsibilities required for successful applicants include:
- To be fully computer literate
- To have an eye for detail
- To be able to meet time schedules
- To create a good impression with agents, landlords and tenants and reflect the values of No Letting Go at all times.
The volume of work will build up to 25-35 hours a week spread over four to five days. You will be able to schedule when you are available for work each week, but the successful applicants will need to be available some Saturdays. As stated, you need to be self-employed, you will be paid per job done, and when fully trained can earn a minimum of £17.00 an hour.
