No Letting Go is one of the country's leading providers of inventory reports to residential letting agencies and private landlord clients. No Letting Go conducts property visits to complete independent condition reports and inventories prior to and at the end of residential tenancies. We also conduct routine property inspections mid-tenancy to check for maintenance and health and safety issues.
The role involves the completion of reports using our in-house app on a tablet, which will be provided. You will be required to visit local letting agency offices for collection and return of keys before visiting residential properties to complete the required job. Use of your own car is essential. Remuneration will be based on a per job basis and will vary with job type. Self employed roles are also available.
