About Us

No Isolation is an award-winning scale-up in EdTech with offices in Oslo, London, and Munich building human-centered technology that turns absence into real-time learning, connection, and belonging. Our technology, the AV1 robot, is deployed in 19 countries with 4000+ units, supporting schools to sustain a presence in school for children who cannot physically be there due to mental health, illness and other challenges. Families consistently describe AV1 as life-changing; it rebuilds connection and continuity, bringing back everyday happiness and helping students stay on track to pass their exams.

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager UK, you’ll play a key role in bringing our mission to life through the marketing campaigns: helping educators bring learning and belonging to every child. You will be the decision maker for our UK-wide campaigns.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing our UK marketing strategy.
  • Driving marketing qualified leads from local authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts, and schools.
  • Raising awareness of school non-attendance as a growing challenge, positioning the AV1 robot as a trusted tool for early intervention and Section 19, and engaging decision-makers with compelling, evidence-based content.

From crafting case studies and coordinating national campaigns to enabling local outreach and events, you will align marketing activity with Sales goals and ensure every campaign is purposeful, measurable, and relevant to the needs of our customers.

What You’ll Do — Scope & Responsibilities

  • Marketing strategy & execution: Adapt and deliver the UK marketing strategy that aligns with the global marketing strategy, local business objectives and the overall company strategy. Contribute to the global marketing strategy from a UK perspective.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email marketing, content, webinars, events/conferences and other tactics) to drive problem & brand awareness and lead generation in the UK markets.
  • Content localisation: Ensure that all marketing content and campaigns are localised for the UK audience while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives drive forward marketing’s key performance indicators: Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Conversion Rate (from MQL to Customer) and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
  • Performance analysis: Track, analyse, and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise future activities.

What You Bring — Experience & Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategy, content creation, and demand generation. Ideally from B2B tech or high-value education products.
  • Knowledge of the UK market, including customer behaviour, media landscapes, and regional cultural nuances.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), Content Management Systems (e.g. Webflow), email marketing tools and analytics software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously, balancing high-level strategy with tactical delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English).
  • Expert at analyzing performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive measurable business impact.
  • Autonomous and capable of taking initiative, while also being an effective team player.
  • Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
  • A mature professional presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Why You’ll Love it Here

  • Purposeful campaigns: Your work keeps thousands of children connected, learning, and included every single day. You can see the impact you have with every child’s story.
  • Autonomous ownership and trust: As the main Marketing person for the UK, you will be given freedom to plan and execute whatever you see fit, as long as it aligns with our global strategy and pushes the needle further.
  • Grow your craft: Elevate your skills in a lean environment, with freedom to propose what you assess to be best practices and build on your strengths.
  • No bureaucracy: We are all pulling in the same direction - there’s no space for bureaucracy or politics. Whatever supports our mission, is what we focus on.
  • Generous paid annual leave: You get 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Annual company get-together: Once a year we all meet up for a few days of connection, socialising, and some truly memorable shared experiences.

Location

This position is based in London with a hybrid working model. You will report to our Global Marketing Director and work closely with cross-functional teams in Oslo, London and Munich.
