The Role
As a Waiter or Waitress, you will play an essential role in delivering the exceptional hospitality for which No. Fifty Cheyne is known.
Working alongside our experienced management, kitchen and beverage teams, you will ensure every guest receives professional, personalised and seamless service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service throughout the guest experience.
Confidently presenting menus, explaining dishes and recommending wines and beverages.
Managing your section efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.
Developing strong relationships with regular guests and creating a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintaining impeccable restaurant presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
Supporting the team during private events and busy services.
About You
We are looking for individuals with previous experience in quality restaurants, ideally within fine dining, AA Rosette or comparable premium hospitality environments .
You should have a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage naturally with guests.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
