The Role
You will work across both bar and floor, delivering refined, attentive hospitality throughout the guest journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality classic and signature cocktails to exact standards
- Delivering confident and attentive table service
- Engaging guests, explaining the menu, and making tailored recommendations
- Upselling premium spirits and signature drinks naturally and professionally
- Maintaining a strong awareness of your section and guest needs
- Ensuring drinks are prepared efficiently without compromising quality
- Handling payments accurately
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
This role requires someone who understands that quality and efficiency must go hand in hand.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality cocktail-focused venue
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
- Confident in full table service as well as bar service
- Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
- High personal standards and attention to detail
