No Borders Law is a specialist immigration and human rights practice based in Glasgow. We represent clients across a wide range of matters including asylum, appeals, and complex human rights applications. Our work is fast-paced, client-focused, and often involves vulnerable individuals seeking protection and stability.

You will manage a varied caseload, working on matters such as:

  • Asylum and protection claims
  • Appeals before the First-tier Tribunal (IAC)
  • Human rights applications

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking detailed instructions from clients (often via interpreter)
  • Drafting legal representations, witness statements, and appeal documents
  • Preparing and managing case files in line with SLAB requirements
  • Liaising with the Home Office, Tribunal, and other stakeholders
  • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
