No Borders Law is a specialist immigration and human rights practice based in Glasgow. We represent clients across a wide range of matters including asylum, appeals, and complex human rights applications. Our work is fast-paced, client-focused, and often involves vulnerable individuals seeking protection and stability.
You will manage a varied caseload, working on matters such as:
- Asylum and protection claims
- Appeals before the First-tier Tribunal (IAC)
- Human rights applications
You will be responsible for:
- Taking detailed instructions from clients (often via interpreter)
- Drafting legal representations, witness statements, and appeal documents
- Preparing and managing case files in line with SLAB requirements
- Liaising with the Home Office, Tribunal, and other stakeholders
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
