About The Role
At Tropic, we believe brilliant content has the power to inspire action, build confidence and create connection. We’re looking for a Learning & Communications Coordinator to help bring our communications, training and engagement experiences to life. This is a creative, hands‑on role for someone who loves turning ideas into beautifully crafted content that people genuinely enjoy receiving and using. You'll work closely with our Communications Manager, Learning & Development Specialist and wider Ambassador Development team, transforming strategies, copy and concepts into polished, engaging, mobile‑first content, across emails, training materials, community platforms and digital learning resources. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with strong creative instincts, excellent attention to detail and a genuine curiosity for AI and smarter ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Communications Production
- Build and produce Ambassador emails, including event invitations, incentive updates, recognition campaigns and targeted communications.
- Ensure every communication is beautifully presented, mobile‑first and optimised for engagement.
- Source, organise and manage imagery, assets and supporting content for communications.
- Support email testing and performance analysis, using insights to continually improve results.
- Creation of automated Ambassador communications within our systems and CRM platforms.
- Learning Content Production
- Produce presentation decks, learning materials, workbooks, guides and toolkits for training programmes and live sessions.
- Support the creation of learning content for Tropic Pro, and use AI‑powered video tools such as Synthesia to create polished training videos and bite‑sized explainers.
- Community Content & Engagement
- Create content for our Ambassador and Leader Facebook communities, including recognition posts, product spotlights, polls and bite‑sized learning.
- Adapt training and communications into engaging, social‑ready formats.
- Innovation, AI & Continuous Improvement
- Embrace AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Build templates, processes and content systems that help the team work smarter.
- Stay curious about new platforms, trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A strong eye for design, layout and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.
- Confidence using Email design programmes, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
- Experience building emails or working with CRM platforms.
- A genuine interest in AI, technology and finding smarter ways of working.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A user‑first mindset, always thinking about how content will be received and experienced.
Desirable
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar; familiarity with AI video tools such as Synthesia is a bonus.
- Experience creating content for social media or online communities.
- A background in beauty, training, education, community management or customer engagement.
What We Offer
- Employment Type: This role is offered full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Location: Tropic HQ is a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, with direct links to East Croydon and Wimbledon.
- Hybrid Working: Enjoy a blend of office and remote working with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
- Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
