This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys solving practical problems and takes pride in keeping spaces safe, organised, and running efficiently. You’ll work across multiple areas of the sites, supporting both our facilities and production environments to ensure everything operates smoothly.

If you have a background in facilities, general maintenance, construction, or a similar hands‑on trade, and you’re looking to join a fast‑growing, purpose‑led skincare manufacturer where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and takes real pride in maintaining a well‑run and well‑presented site. Your work will play a key role in keeping our facilities and manufacturing environments running smoothly so our teams can continue creating award‑winning skincare.

  • Carrying out site maintenance tasks including lighting, minor plumbing, carpentry, repairs, and general upkeep across the sites.
  • Erecting walls, installing partitions, and supporting small‑scale internal build projects.
  • Maintaining outdoor areas including grass cutting, weed clearing, and general landscaping.
  • Monitoring and running our on‑site wastewater treatment system (training provided).
  • Managing tools, equipment, and ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, and functional.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve site functionality, organisation, and maintenance standards across the sites.
  • Coordinating and supporting external contractors for specialist works when required.
  • GMP Factory & Operations Support (approx. 25%)
    • Assisting the technical and factory teams with basic tasks around equipment, including maintenance support, minor adjustments, breakdown assistance, line setups, and safety processes.
    • Supporting a GMP manufacturing environment by ensuring facilities and factory support spaces remain clean, organised, and operational.
    • Supporting machinery moves, setups, or technical tasks as needed.
    • Ensuring technical areas and production support spaces remain tidy and well‑maintained.
    • Carrying out preventative maintenance checks through the UpKeep CMMS, ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules such as fire alarms, pest control, and HVAC systems are completed on time to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
    What We’re Looking For
    • Proven experience in general maintenance, hotel engineering, property maintenance, or construction.
    • Experience troubleshooting site or equipment issues and identifying practical solutions.
    • Practical hands‑on skills, from fixing doors and patching walls to using power tools and carrying out basic plumbing tasks.
    • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment (prior exposure a plus, not a must).
    • Comfortable with a physically active role that may include lifting, ladder work, and working both indoors and outdoors.
    • Self‑starter who can manage their own workload across multiple sites.
    • Good communication skills, a flexible approach, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
    What We Offer
    • Employment Type: This role is offered full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm (4 day rotating shift – 4 days on, 3 days off).
