The Role

We are looking for someone who knows pizza. As a Pizza Chef at No.32, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas to a consistently high standard. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so being able to maintain speed, quality and consistency under pressure is essential.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Pizza Chef (essential)
  • Proven experience making Neapolitan-style pizza (essential)
  • Confident hand-stretching and shaping dough
  • Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proving and handling
  • Experience working with high-temperature pizza ovens
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently during high-volume services
  • Excellent attention to quality, consistency and presentation
  • Strong food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
  • Passion for producing genuinely great pizza
