Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop
- Prepare and manage the staff rota each Sunday for the week ahead
- Order, monitor, and manage stock and supplies
- Manage the till, cash handling, and daily cashing up
- Lead, train, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation are maintained
