We\’re looking for someone to be the glue that holds the patient experience and clinic operations together. This isn’t just a front-of-house role—it’s about creating a seamless journey for our patients and supporting the consultants and wider team to ensure every day runs brilliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience
· Be the welcoming face and first point of contact—on the phone, email, and in person
· Manage appointment bookings, rebookings and follow-ups with warmth, clarity and efficiency
· Maintain constant, friendly contact.
· Support our dermatologists and clinicians so they can do their best work
Clinic Operations
· Maximise the clinic diary by prioritising high-value and in-demand services
· Manage clinic payments and ensure financial accuracy with integrity
· Ensure daily checks are completed, from cleaning to infection control
· Take charge of stock management and liaise with suppliers and contractors
Growth & Development
· Support event planning, social media activity, and digital brand promotion
· Collect and analyse patient feedback to help us continuously improve
· Contribute ideas for increasing loyalty, referrals, and retention
What You Bring
· A natural communicator with warmth, pride, and energy
· Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle tasks calmly and effectively
· Trustworthy and confident when handling payments, invoices and financial transactions
· Experience in a patient- or client-facing role, ideally within healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or luxury hospitality
· A team player who takes initiative and enjoys variety in their day
· Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), booking platforms and cloud-based calendars
· Social media confidence – from helping with reels to supporting campaigns and events
· A working knowledge of infection prevention and stock control processes (training can be provided)
· A passion for skincare or wellness – personal interest or previous industry exposure
· Degree-level candidate preferred
