- Deliver exceptional service in our restaurant (breakfast room), bar, and lounge — with charm, confidence, and a dash of flair.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make guests feel special, like a character in a Jane Austen novel.
- Keep the dining areas looking as polished as Bath’s crescents.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep things flowing smoothly.
- Share your knowledge of the menu, local produce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths.
