We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant to join the team at Pearly Cow Brighton.

This is a key role in the team and, as second in charge, you’ll help keep our operation and events function running in ship shape fashion, the team motivated and our guests very well looked after.

Pearly Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in Brighton, Margate and York, where we serve up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in gorgeous settings, where you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll bring doing

  • Supporting the F&B Manager with the day-to-day running of Pearly Cow and our in house events
  • Taking the lead during service and confidently stepping up when the F&B Manager is not around
  • Leading, motivating and supporting our F&B team to deliver great service
  • Maintaining consistently high standards across food, drink, service and guest experience
  • Supporting with training, coaching and development of the team
  • Helping with rotas, stock, ordering and other operational tasks
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events, private dining and functions
  • Dealing with our guest queries and resolving any issues quickly and positively
  • Making sure our restaurant and events operation is welcoming and ready to go
