We’re looking for a Front of House Manager at No.124Brighton by GuestHouse to join our team.

Here at No.124 Brighton, we’re a small but stylish,family-run boutique hotel with plenty of character, a big heart and a ratherlovely spot on the seafront. We’re looking for a Front of House Manager who canlead our team, keep our guests happy and bring a little Brighton magic toeverything they do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading,supporting and inspiring our small but ever so mighty Front of House team todeliver the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back for more.
• Makingevery arrival feel special, whether it’s a first visit or a familiar facereturning for another Brighton escape.
• Keepingreception running smoothly, even when the hotel is buzzing and the seagulls arehaving a particularly loud day.
• Gettingto know our guests, anticipating their needs and adding those thoughtfultouches that make a stay memorable.
• Handlingguest feedback and tricky situations with warmth, confidence and a cool head.
• Workingclosely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and the wider hotel team to keepeverything ticking along nicely.
• Keepingstandards high, developing your team and making sure the little details neverfall through the cracks.
• Rollingup your sleeves, taking ownership and leading by example. After all, the bestmanagers are never afraid to muck in. This will include working with night shiftas when required.

What we’re looking for:

• Previousexperience in a Front of House, Reception or Guest Services leadership role,ideally within a hotel. Knowledge of Opera is also an essential.
• Anatural leader who knows how to motivate a team and bring out the best inpeople.
• Agenuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel right at home.
• Someoneorganised, confident and calm when things get busy.
• Aproblem-solver who can turn a guest concern around without letting it spoilanyone’s day.
• Brilliantcommunication skills, a keen eye for detail and the confidence to makedecisions.
• Comfortablewith hotel systems and technology. We love a bit of old-school charm, but we’refirmly in favour of making life easier!
• Bagsof personality, a good sense of humour and a soft spot for Brighton’swonderfully colourful, slightly bonkers seaside spirit.
