Can you pour a pinot with pride, shake a margarita with flair, and serve every guest like they’ve just stepped off the beach and into something fabulous?
Here at No.124 Brighton by GuestHouse, we’re a small but stylish, family‑run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Casual Bartender who can bring energy, elegance, and excellent service to our bar team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Mixing, pouring, and serving drinks with confidence and creativity
- Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests — whether they’re locals, weekenders, or festival‑goers
- Keeping the bar stocked, spotless, and running like clockwork
- Recommending drinks, sharing stories, and occasionally dazzling with your cocktail knowledge
- Supporting our Pearly Cow team during busy shifts
