Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in Brighton, Margate and
York, where we serve up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish
in gorgeous settings, where you’ll feel right at home.
What you’ll bring doing:
- Supervise the service team during busy
shifts and keeping things running like clockwork (This could be breakfast,
lunch or dinner!) - Deliver top-notch guest experiences —
from warm welcomes to fond farewells - Support the management team with
training, and day-to-day operations - Handle guest feedback with grace and
turning challenges into opportunities - Keep the floor sharp, the team motivated,
and the standards sky-high
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experienced in restaurant service and
confident leading a team - Passionate about food, people, and
creating memorable moments - Calm under pressure, quick on your feet,
and always guest-focused - Ready to bring warmth, wit, and a touch
of Brighton magic to every shift
