Chef de Partie
Pearly Cow York is now on the lookout for our next Chef de Partie.
If you know your ribeye from your rump, can sear scallops like a sea god, and believe béarnaise is a love language, then we want you on our line.
This role is for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Running your own section – grill, garnish, fish, or wherever your skills lie.
- Prepping ingredients with precision and flair.
- Cooking dishes to spec perfection, consistently and calmly under pressure.
- Supporting our Head and Sous Chefs in keeping service smooth and standards sky-high.
- Training and mentoring junior staff.
- Keeping your station clean, organised, and ready for action.
Qualifications
- A sharp knife and even sharper skills.
- Experience in a busy kitchen (bonus points if you’ve danced with a lobster).
- A cool head under pressure and a warm heart for teamwork.
