We’re now looking to recruit a
superstar casual Bartender. Whether you’re pouring a glass of our finest
British fizz, to mixing one of our delicious cocktails or simply making a cuppa,
your role will be to ensure that our guests receive a truly memorable Pearly
Cow experience.

So, what does it take to be our new Bartender? You must want to
be the best at what you do. Be proud of doing things the right way, even when
no one is looking. In other words, be:

Hard working and driven

Have a GENUINE passion for hospitality and
looking after people

Have background working in a busy bar,
crafting classic and new cocktails
–
Passion for creation and a genuine interest
in spirits, wine, and cocktails
–
Strong knowledge of spirits and wine (WSET
level 1 desirable if you don\’t have this and are willing to learn- reach out
anyway!)
–
Be Genuine and a real team player. That one
is a non-negotiable!
