We are looking to recruit a motivated Fee Earner to join our expanding Personal Injury department. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of around 100-160 RTA files. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior partner on pre-litigated, litigated and complex matters.

Qualifications

  • At least 12 months experience handling a caseload of RTA Fast Track claims
  • At least 12 months experience handling litigation RTA claims
  • Ability to manage a caseload of Multi Track claims (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to manage a team
  • To have worked with Targets
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files
  • To have worked with Microsoft Excel, Word
