PearlyCow York is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced grill restaurant team in York. You’ll run your own section, prep ingredients with flair, and plate dishes to spec while keeping the line moving smoothly through busy service.
This 30-hour-per-week role includes evenings and weekends; you’ll mentor junior staff, maintain clean stations, and support the Head and Sous Chefs to uphold our high standards.
