Under the direction and supervision of the Administration Team, the post holder will participate as an integral member of the departmental team, undertaking general housekeeping duties, including some direct patient contact, to help provide a quality service.
To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
- Establish and maintain a working rapport with nursing, medical, technical, ancillary and administration colleagues.
- To ensure that cleanliness is maintained within all areas of the department and to undertake necessary general domestic work.
- Report any deficiencies in equipment breakage's and repairs required.
- To maintain confidentiality of patients in all aspects.
