The Opportunity This is not a role where you will simply prepare forms and assemble documents.
You will be expected to think critically, identify issues, understand the commercial context of a case and take ownership of your work .
Working under the guidance of our managing and associate attorneys, you will support cases from initial client instruction through to submission and beyond.
You will interact directly with clients, conduct legal and procedural research, draft correspondence and application materials, and help attorneys develop strategies for complex matters.
The successful candidate will have a UK or U.
S. legal background , excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and analytical skills.
Previous U.
S. immigration experience is highly desirable, but we are equally interested in exceptional candidates with transferable legal skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in U.
S. immigration.
