This is a position based within the Customer Services team where we act as the first point of contact for the council. We provide advice, information, direction and resolution to our customers on a wide range of council services, demonstrating customer service excellence at all times. We provide this service via all access channels.
After an initial period of training and subject to satisfactory performance, all our advisors have the opportunity to work part time from home as part of this role. We are currently undergoing many exciting changes across the organisation. You will be joining a busy Customer Services team at an exciting time, as we embark on a journey of improving our customer focus, welcoming a fresh approach to enhance our customers’ experience. This part‑time position is 25.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, self‑motivated and naturally add enthusiasm to the dynamics of the current team whilst supporting the demands of the organisation. If you are committed and motivated by a desire to provide excellent customer service, this role could be for you.
