As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers and staff across the organisation, offering pragmatic and timely advice and guidance on everything from employee relations and recruitment to absence management and organisational change. This is a generalist HR role with the requirement to support on a range of subject areas within the HR remit. This is an opportunity to contribute to initiatives within the HR service area and corporately across the organisation, while providing expert advice and support across a wide range of employment matters.

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
