NNCA LTD is a Midlands-based home care provider delivering personalised personal care and support services in clients’ homes and care settings.
The team focuses on helping people maintain dignity, comfort, and independence through dependable, compassionate support tailored to individual needs.
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting clients during evening visits, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home.
This is a hands-on care position suited to someone who brings empathy, professionalism, and a calm, respectful approach to day-to-day support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
- Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing
Requirements
- Previous experience providing personal care in home or care settings.
- Experience supporting client mobility and transfers, with safe use of care equipment.
- Experience maintaining accurate care notes and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own car.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Availability to work evening shifts from 16:30 to 22:00.
- This role is open to female applicants.
- Holding a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is a plus.
