Job Purpose To help UK construction businesses deliver projects more smoothly and predictably-and help the team to grow while doing it. You will lead technology change that improves finance and support the digital transformation of construction, partnering with commercial, site and finance teams. As a team lead you will set the tone for delivery excellence: coaching junior consultants, shaping ways of working, and building a supportive, high-trust environment. Training provided on Sage Intacct Construction (no prior Intacct experience required). Responsibilities Change Leadership shape statements of work and estimates; contribute to presales and marketing content. Present at customer forums and collaborate with partners. Essential Experience Knowledge of UK construction accounting and commercial processes (CIS, valuations, applications for payment, retentions, variations, WIP, subcontractor management). Strong change management skills: stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training and adoption. Confident project management: scoped delivery, budgeting, RAID, and clear status reporting across multiple projects. Ability to turn operational needs into clear, usable system designs and reports. Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills; comfortable with executives and site teams alike. Collaborative mindset with a passion for customer success and measurable outcomes. Nice to have Experience line-managing junior consultants or coaching/mentoring with readiness to hold direct reports. Proven experience implementing construction-related software (ERP/finance, project controls, cost management, or field/project management). Experience with integrations between finance/ERP and field/project tools. Exposure to UK GAAP, HMRC reporting and MTD. Prior work with Sage Intacct Construction Benefit Up to £60,000 DOE Remote working with occasional client site visits 23 days annual leave (increasing with service). Early finish twice a month.
