The purpose of this role is to strengthen relationships with existing clients by selling product while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for an individual with passion, drive, self-motivation, and a strong ambition to succeed. Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and social media to generate interest and drive sales of our products. Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets. Maintain and update CRM and database systems with accurate and timely information. Understand and address customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with customers through transparent and engaging communication. Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records. Person Specification Excellent communication skills and a confident approach. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
