NMS Recruit are seeking someone with strong knowledge and experience in electricity distribution network reliability to help shape the build of products.
You ll work alongside Product Managers and Engineering teams to make sure the products solve real problems faced by network operators.
You ll use your operational knowledge to help define customer problems, guide solution design and influence technical direction from an early stage.
This isn t a software engineering or product management role.
Instead, you ll act as the domain expert, bringing practical industry experience to product discovery, solution design and customer engagement.
What you ll be doing Work with Product Managers to understand customer challenges and turn them into clear problem statements and product opportunities.
Help design end-to-end solutions that work across software, data, analytics and operational processes.
Ensure proposed solutions are practical, technically feasible and aligned with operational, regulatory and safety requirements.
Support strategic customer engagements by providing technical expertise and helping shape solution approaches.
Identify emerging industry trends, regulatory changes and operational challenges that should influence our products.
Provide trusted technical guidance to customers, Product teams and Engineering.
